The Foundation was established and registered in Nigeria and is now also registered in the United Kingdom, reflecting our growing international reach and our commitment to building credible, transparent and sustainable global partnerships.
Our work begins in Nigeria and is designed to extend progressively to other African countries where poverty, inadequate healthcare, social exclusion, displacement and limited access to opportunity continue to affect vulnerable populations.

Duties of the Board of Trustees
Formulate policy for the Foundation and set strategic direction
Direct the opening of the Foundation's bank account and appoint its three (3) signatories (any two valid for withdrawal; one must be the President)
Receive and consider the utilisation of grants advanced to the Foundation by sponsors
Examine proposals presented by beneficiaries before disbursement
